Licensing Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a license for a beat (“Track”) on justjbeats.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all Tracks purchased, whether you are an artist, producer, or content creator. Please read these terms carefully.

1. License Types

We offer three types of licenses for purchase: Lease, Premium Lease, and Exclusive. Each license grants you different rights to use the Track. 

Lease License

  • Rights Granted: The Lease License grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Track for a single project (e.g., a song, video, or podcast). The Track may be used in commercial or non-commercial projects.
  • Limitations:
    • You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Track.
    • The Track may be used in up to 2,000 copies of your project.
    • The Track may not be used in TV, film, or major commercial advertising campaigns.
    • The Track remains the intellectual property of justjbeats.com and its producers.
  • Duration: The License is valid for 3 years as long as the Track is not used in breach of these terms.

Premium Lease License

  • Rights Granted: The Premium Lease License grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Track in one project. This license offers enhanced rights compared to the standard Lease License.
  • Limitations:
    • You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Track.
    • The Track may be used in 12,000 copies of your project.
    • The Track may be used in commercial uses including online media, podcasts, and YouTube monetization.
    • The Track may not be used in TV, film, or high-budget advertising campaigns.
  • Additional Features:
    • You will receive higher-quality files.
    • You may monetize your content on YouTube or other similar platforms.

Exclusive License

  • Rights Granted: The Exclusive License grants you an exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Track, meaning that no one else can license the same Track after you have purchased it. Once purchased, the Track is removed from our catalog and will not be sold to any other party.
  • Limitations:
    • You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Track.
    • The Track can be used in commercial projects such as TV, film, advertising, and other high-budget projects.
    • You will have the exclusive right to use the Track for any project without limitation to the number of copies.
  • Additional Features:
    • The Track will be delivered in high quality wav file along with a tracked out version.
    • You have full rights to use the Track across multiple platforms, including media, commercial advertising, and merchandise.

2. General License Terms

  • Ownership: All Tracks remain the intellectual property of the original producer and justjbeats.com. You do not obtain ownership of the Track by purchasing a license.
  • Modification: You may modify the Track (e.g., remix, rearrange, or loop), but the underlying ownership remains with the producer.
  • Usage in Content: You agree to credit justjbeats.com and the Track producer where applicable.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued after the purchase of any license. If you encounter issues with the download or quality of the Track, please contact us within 7 days, and we will address your concern.

4. Termination of License

We reserve the right to terminate your license if you breach any of the terms outlined here or in your contract. If your license is terminated, you will no longer have the right to use the Track in any future projects.

5. Liability

Justjbeats.com is not responsible for any loss, damage, or legal action arising from your use of the Track. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Track complies with all applicable laws.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review the terms regularly.
